ISSUE:
tpchkunsol sets tperrno to TPETIME

DESCRIPTION:
Workstation client performs tpbegin with a timeout value set to 10 seconds. 
The WS client performs tpcall, sleep 20 seconds, tpchkunsol, then tpcommit.

tpcommit aborts as expected (the transaction timed out).   

The problem, or unexpected behavior involves tpchkunsol.  tpchkunsol returns 0 (ok), but sets tperrno to TPETIME.
