eLink-Adapter/Platform 1.2 - Unable to find view file for VIEW V1 and V4 when GWADM boots up (Doc ID 766197.1)

Goal

When booting GWADM on eLink Platform 1.2 on an AIX 4.3 we have the following error message. But that does not prevent
GWADM from booting.

That problem does not occur on Windows NT.

GWADM.PID: GP_CAT:1037: ERROR: Unable to find view file for VIEW V1
GWADM.PID: LIBTUX_CAT:226: ERROR: Type switch buffer initialization routine _tminitbuf failure
GWADM.PID: GP_CAT:1037: ERROR: Unable to find view file for VIEW V4
GWADM.PID: LIBTUX_CAT:226: ERROR: Type switch buffer initialization routine _tminitbuf failure
GWADM.PID: GP_CAT:1037: ERROR: Unable to find view file for VIEW V4
GWADM.PID: LIBTUX_CAT:226: ERROR: Type switch buffer initialization routine _tminitbuf failure
GWADM.PID: GP_CAT:1037: ERROR: Unable to find view file for VIEW V4

A CR for Tuxedo already exists for that problem: CR018467 but that fix was not propagated to eLink Platform 1.2 on
Unix (it was on NT).
