Goal
During the installation of Tuxedo for OpenVMS, or installation of patches for same, warnings are emitted about dependencies on a layered product that is not needed at all. Sometimes those messages recommend that the user terminates the installation. Not good. Some examples: $ prod install tuxedo /source=$1$DIA4:[] /dest=$3$DKB400:[TUXEDO] %PCSI-W-SFTREFWRN, referenced product DEC AXPVMS DECNET_OSI was not found for product DEC AXPVMS OPENVMS V7.1 Terminating is strongly recommended.
