TUX.ALL - Trouble Booting Transaction Manager After TUXEDO Upgrade

After upgrading from TUXEDO 6.4 to TUXEDO 6.5, the transaction manager (originally built with Oracle 7.3.2 libraries)
would not boot. The transaction manager was rebuilt using the TUXEDO 6.5 libraries and Oracle 7.3.2 libraries, but the
manager still failed to boot with the following error message:

CMDTUX_CAT:1423: ERROR: Pipe error, assume failed
