Goal

DMQGCP crashes on NT if a xgroup node that it was connected to is shutdown and the host entry for that node is removed
from the host db file and the remote group is restarted.  As soon as the remote xgroup attempts to initiate a
connection into the NT system the GCP on the NT system crashes.
