eLink/EAM 4.0 and eLink Platform 1.2 - Translation error from EBCDIC to ASCII (Doc ID 770150.1)

Goal

1. eLink SNA Adapter for Mainframe 4.0 with:
- GWSNAX patch level 4 for Solaris (EAM40_GW_65_4_sol251.tar)
- SNACRM patch level 7 for Solaris (EAM40_CRM_65_7_sol251.tar)

2. eLink 1.2 with:
- Tuxedo 6.5 patch level 316 for Solaris
- Tuxedo 6.5 Security Add-on 56bit Encryption for Solaris

The host sends a message containing character | (EBCDIC 4F) and it is not getting translated to ASCII A5 instead of
ASCII 7C |correctly when it is received.
