Goal

DESCRIPTION:
Using a simpapp configuration on HP-UX 11 tmboot fails with the following:

134610.SITE1!BBL.xxx.1.0: 07-14-2003: Tuxedo Version 8.1 
134610.SITE1!BBL.xxx.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:359: ERROR: Cannot create enough semaphores for BB, (UNIX limit), MAXACCESSERS
too high
134610.SITE1!BBL.xxx.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:248: ERROR: System init function failed, Uunixerr = : semget: No such file or
directory
134610.SITE1!tmboot.xxxx.1.-2: 07-14-2003: Tuxedo Version 8.1 
134610.SITE1!tmboot.xxxx.1.-2: CMDTUX_CAT:825: ERROR: Process BBL at SITE1 failed with /T tperrno (TPEOS - operating
system error)
134610.SITE1!tmboot.xxxx.1.-2: WARN: No BBL available on site SITE1.
        Will not attempt to boot server processes on that site.
