RP/TUX 7.1 - Backward Compatibility issue with RP286 (Doc ID 774742.1)

Goal

DESCRIPTION:
After installing patch 286,  the old tuxconfig and bdmconfig binaries cannot be used to boot Tuxedo application. The
previous loaded password became expired although the password was set to never expire. Following is the error message:
LIBGWT_CAT:1008: ERROR: Unable to connect to remote domain (domainid=<DomainName>)
LIBGWT_CAT:1607: WARN: The only password pair expired for TDomain session <>, error code 4, open connection failed.

CONFIGURATION:
TUX 7.1
HP11 (LMQ, and NON-LMQ), Solaris, AIX, WIN2K.
