Customer Environment
EAM 4.1 GW   RP11  on Windows NT
EAM 4.1 CRM RP33  on OS/390V2R10

This issue does not occurred in test environment, only in production.
The timeout error occur at 15:35 but the message on cmrlog are written with a one hour different time (the GWT)

This problem occurred several times a week, not each day

The  CRM crashes always after a timeout:
Assertion failed: cString != NULL, file: ./cicxstr.cpp, line: 376
CEE5207E The signal SIGABRT was receive
