Goal

JRAD appears to run successfully for awhile, but then starts crashing, and continues to crash repeatedly under
moderately heavy load.  The ULOG does not contain any meaningful messages.
The JRLY access log shows connection IDs that exceed 8192.
The configuration includes JRAD running on Windows 2000 and JRLY running on Solaris.
