DESCRIPTION: In the SJIS environment, some Japanese messages output garbled character For example, CMDTUX_CAT:816 This is gencat command's problem under Shift-JIS environment. If "\" is included in multibyte character in message catalog, it will be garbled character. CONFIGURATION: Tuxedo8.1 with LANG=ja_JP.SJIS
