Goal
DESCRIPTION: When the conversational server is killed by "tmshutdown -k KILL" or "tmshutdown -w" while processing a request, the conversational connection is never cleaned up. If this happens again and again up to MAXCONV times, the conversational connection is not available any more. To reproduce: 1. boot Tuxedo 2. run client : clt <client_name> 3. kill the conv server : tmshutdown -k KILL -s convserv CONFIGURATION: Tuxedo 8.1 32-bit AIX 5.2
