TUX 9.1 - synchronization issue on AMD64 and EM64T dual core CPUs or SMP machines (Doc ID 777524.1)

Goal

DESCRIPTION:
The customer did the same load test on RDH EL 4.0 for x86, IA64 and AMD64 architecture but could only see the
following synchronization issue on AMD64.

Here you can see that the process with the pid=xxxx is not aware that it holds the lock. This can be reproduced with
the business server <ServerName> as well as with ISH.
