Goal
DESCRIPTION: Message based services are predefined request, notification, and response messages exchanged between application processes and the MessageQ servers that support each message queuing group. To monitor about (un)availability of a specific queue, a set of those messages are existing: { AVAIL_REG request, AVAIL_REG_REPLY response, AVAIL/UNAVAIL notification(s), AVAIL_DEREG request, AVAIL_DEREG_REPLY response } This feature is used in the customers architecture, and they discovered it is not working on Itanium 8.2 VMS for some secondary queues and for temporary queues.
