Goal

DESCRIPTION:
Using the message based service LIST_ALL_GROUPS, the received response is wrongly padded with 0x00 on Itanium instead
of " " = 0x20 on Alpha or Windows.

The response is a list of GROUP_RECORD data structures containing {group_number group_name uic os_type node state
& reserved}.
