RP/TUX 9.1 - tlisten Can Not Start On Windows 2003 With AMD64/EM64T Processor (Doc ID 777804.1)

This is a certification project using upper Tuxedo binary on AMD64/EM64T platform.

When running command "tlisten -l //TuxMachineName:5432" tlisten command exits without any message. From the ULOG file, get the following message:

020707.TuxMachineName!tlisten.xxxx.3100.-2: 04-04-2007: Tuxedo Version 9.1, 32-bit

020707.TuxMachineName!tlisten.xxxx.3100.-2: CMDTUX_CAT:4343: ERROR: Could not establish listening endpoint //TuxMachineName:5432

Tried some other ports and also tried to use IP instead of TuxMachineName, it fails again.
