Goal

DESCRIPTION:
Customer has a NSDK (3rd party tool for WS client) application.
They use wtuxws32.dll (RP343) and the /WS application crashes at exit after tpterm.
The problem is the same as described in CR127738, but even after applying this RP248 the issue remains.
This issue disappears with no RP.
Suggested to replace wtuxws32.dll by libengine, libtux ,...and this solution fixed the issue.
The suggested workaround is not acceptable to customer because they have to redeploy their application on more then
30000 desktops.
