Goal
DESCRIPTION: /WS client ATMI should be returned TPGOTSIG when getting the signal during ATMI without TPSIGRSTRT flag. When calling tpcall() and getting signal, tpcall() returns by TPESYSTEM with following message on ULOG.
124138.TuxMachineName!?proc.xxx.1.0: LIBWSC_CAT:1032: ERROR: Failed to receive expected reply
124138.TuxMachineName!?proc.xxx.1.0: LIBWSC_CAT:1013: ERROR: tpcall() get reply failed
When calling tpgetrply() and getting signal, tpgetrply() will return successfully. Its behavior is the same as TPSIGRSTRT.
