Symptoms

In Record management Corp edition 10.1.3.3.3, you can enable the following trigger:

“Retention Period Cutoff”

By modifying <CS_Instance_Dir>/custom/RetentionManager/retentionmanager_environments.cfg with:

IsRetentionOnly=false

However, when using this trigger in a disposition action, the following error occurs:
