"dataobject '/<PATH>/<FILE>.lst' not found" Error when Loading Data from a File to Netezza Using ODI LKM File to Netezza (EXTERNAL TABLE) (Doc ID 780588.1)

Symptoms

An ODI Integration Interface was set up to load data from a File to a Netezza table using LKM File to Netezza (EXTERNAL TABLE) and IKM Netezza Control Append.

When the Integration Interface is executed, it fails at Insert New Rows step of the IKM with an error like the  following:

The error is complaining the source file can not be found but the Integration Interface Create External Table step that creates the Netezza External Table using this file did not signal any error.

The error occurs at the next step, the Insert New Rows step which inserts the data from the External table to the target Netezza table. Why?
