Goal
If for security, or any reason, you need to disable the _oracle_http_server_webcache_static_.html Web Cache page, there is an option for doing that.
_oracle_http_server_webcache_static_.html is the internal Web Cache url ping page, to check Web Cache instance status.
If invoked from a browser, it shows the message:
OracleAS Web Cache is up.
It could be desirable to make this page not available.
