Hiqpurge and Hiqretry Hangs at release 10.1.4 (Doc ID 784275.1)

Symptoms

When trying to run hiqretry the progarm hangs.  For example


hiqretry.sh -connect <TNS_ALIAS_OF_REPLICA>-equal 652 -supplier <REPLICA_ID_OF SUPPLIER>


you get a black screen, nothing happens 

wait and after some time press Enter , two times and the following message is displayed:

"Cannot execute this tool ..."
