Goal

Oracle Service Registry (OSR) version 10.3 is certified to run on Oracle Weblogic 9.2 and 10.3.
However previous versions such as Oracle Service Registry version 10.1.3.1 cannot be installed on Weblogic servers.
This note will show how to use the Oracle Service Registry GUI installer to deploy the application to 
Oracle Weblogic10.3.
