Symptoms
When committing a batch from Capture to an application in IPM 7.6, the following error is encountered:
Error: 40008The following error occurred while attempting to commit the batch:
[Commit Profile - PROFILENAME: The following error was reported by ReleaseDocument. Error Number: 505 Error Description: Failed to add page. Error Number: -2147196495, Error: Received an error from another server. Error code: 25009. class ATL::CComObject<class CDocumentManager>::CreateDocument]
