Symptoms

Running a deployed (client) application that access a webservice published  over a SSL connection, it results in the following error:

faultCode: {http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}Server.userException
faultSubcode:
faultString: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: No trusted certificate found
{http://xml.apache.org/axis/}stackTrace: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: No trusted


It is also using Apache Axis 1.1 and a third party provider Xconnector.
The webservice (remote server) is deployed in a Microsoft IIS and it is using  DigiCert certificate provider.
