After Installing the WSDLGenerator Component, Content Server Fails to Start with Error: "Unsupported major.minor version 49.0" (Doc ID 788908.1)

After installing and enabling the WSDLGenerator component from <Patch 6907073> on a 7.5.x version of Content Server, the Content Server service fails to start with the following error:
