To describe how to configure Exclusion Lists For Oracle SSO / mod_osso so that some URLs are not protected by SSO.

For example, how to protect the site root with SSO login e.g. http://hostname.domain/ but allow access without SSO login to a specific application path containing public pages e.g. http://hostname.domain/<DIR>/
