Symptoms
When attempting to connect to WebCenter Content using the Capture "UCM Commit Driver" over an SSL connection, the following error is received:

HTTP transport error: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:

sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target; nested exception is:

The error is received by any Capture component that will connect to Content. This includes:
- The administration console, for creating and administering the commit profile for Content.
- All Capture servers when attempting to commit to Content.
Changes
The SSL certificate has expired / has been altered on the Content server.
OR
No SSL certificate has been installed on the WebCenter Capture systems.
