Child Session Frozen when Parent Session Is Started with ODI "startscen" Script (Doc ID 795358.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), a parent Scenario uses OdiStartScen to start child Sessions in asynchronous mode (-SYNC_MODE=2). Parameter -AGENT_CODE is not used.

If the parent Scenario is executed with "startscen.bat/.sh" command, the execution of child Sessions does not go to completion.

In Operator, the child Scenarios are successfully started, but executions freeze on various Scenario steps.
