Getting a 'Permission Denied' Error When A Process Form Within The IPM Web Page Is Accessed Using HTTPS (Doc ID 797312.1)

Symptoms

When viewing an IPM Web form, the browser is reporting a permissions error.  This error only occurs when the page is accessed using HTTPS.  Below is the reported error:
