Adding New Content To a Folder Checks the Content Item Into the Wrong Folder (Doc ID 798650.1)

Symptoms

When navigating into a Folder and selecting New Content from the Actions dropdown list, the Content Check In Form has the wrong folder listed in the Folder metadata field.  If the user does not change this value, the content item will actually be checked in to an incorrect Folder.
