Data Entered in HCSF(HCSP) Files Gets Double Encoded With Extra Parenthesis (Doc ID 802785.1)

Symptoms

A field value set in an HCSF file with parenthesis will be padded with extra characters.  Example:

Field set in Content Server 7.5x myfield =   yeilds  (<myfield value>) 

Field set in Content Server 10gR3 myfield =  yields ((<myfield value>))

Changes

Upgrade or difference in performance from pre-10gR3 Content Servers to 10gR3 and greater versions of Content Servers.
