Symptoms

Intermittent problems with the IPM Services stopping daily is encountered, and a restart of the services is required to correct the issue. The IPM Service log repeatedly displays message:

"Invalid announce action received from address NNN.NNN.NNN.NNN:1829, Error Code 25026 - A parameter passed to method %1 was invalid"
