'Invalid Parameter' Error when Connecting to a Delimited File Load Connection in ODQ (Doc ID 806273.1)

Symptoms

When you try to create an Entity from a Delimited File Loader Connection,  a "Invalid Parameter" error message occurs and you are not able to connect to the directory that contains your files.
