Goal

The purpose of this Note is to show how to check the number of failed password attempts have been entered, in OID 10.1.2 through 11g.

(Note: This Note is not applicable to the superuser cn=orcladmin account.  Please use oidpasswd utility to manage cn=orcladmin.)
