Deleting Content from the Content Information Page Deleted the Content Permanently, Rather then Moved the Item to the Trashbin. (Doc ID 808673.1)

Deleting content from the content information page while not in the folders hierarchy, causes the item to be deleted permanently rather then get moved to the trash bin folder, even though the trash bin folder is enabled.

Expect that as long as the content is inside of a folder, when the content item is deleted it should go to the trash bin folder and not get permanently deleted, regardless of the method of deletion. 

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check in a content item to the content server ensuring that a folder is chosen
2. On the Content Information page of the item, delete it
3. Browse to the Trash bin folder, see that the content item is not there.

However, doing the following:

1. Check in a content item to the content server ensuring that a folder is chosen

2. Browse to the folder where the content item is located

3. Check the check box next to the content item

4. Use the Actions Pull down to the delete the content item

5. Browse to the trash bin folder, see that the content item is there
