Full-Text Searches Using Wildcards Do Not Work In Verity 6 When Using the UNI Locale (Doc ID 808747.1)

Symptoms

In Content Server 10.1.3.3.3, Verity 6, using the UNI local, when fulltext searching using wildcards, no results are returned.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Check a content item into the content server containing the word "monkey".
2. In the full text search box type monkey - results are returned
3. In the full text search box type monke* - no results are returned
