Dynamic Conversion of HCSP or HCSF Throws Nullpointerexception Error: Unable to execute service method 'runHtmlConversion' (Doc ID 810155.1)

Symptoms

When converting HCSP or HCSF files from the Content Information page HTML link with Dynamic Converter and Content Server 7.5.2 (7.1.3.178) (note: this error or issue may also occur on Content Server 7.5.1 and 10.1.3.5), the following NullPointException is thrown:
