OWB cannot Import tables from MS SQLserver with DATETIME columns (Doc ID 811425.1)

Symptoms

You are using DG4ODBC connectivity to import tables from MS SQL Server into Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) using the Import Metadata Wizard and the table import fails if any DATETIME,BIGINT, or TINYINT columns are in the source table.

Other datatypes might fail as well.

In the OWB Data Object Editor using the Data Viewer you can see all columns including data.
