Routing Priority For LDAP Adapters Is Reversed (Doc ID 813243.1)

Symptoms

The routing priority for LDAP adapters is not working as per the Oracle® Virtual Directory Product Manual Release 10g (10.1.4.3.0) > Management of Routing

Priority
The priority with which this adapter is to be treated relative to other adapters. 1 is the highest priority whereas 100 is the lowest...

But this is reversed in OVD.
When Adapter-1 is given a priority of 50 and Adapter-2 is given a priority of 20, Adapter-1 is selected whereas Adapter-2 is supposed to be selected.
