A batch is successfully created on an WebCenter Capture (formerly Oracle Document Capture) server / workstation. When attempting to open that batch on a different WebCenter Capture server / workstation, the following error is returned:
Error 20054: The following error occurred while attempting to lock a batch. [Cannot lock a batch before it has been persisted. The batch may also have been deleted by another user.]
When attempting to open on the server / workstation that the batch was created on, no error is returned and the batch opens without problems.
