Symptoms

When using Content Server Folders, accessing a folder with a hyphen in the name causes an Http 500 error page.   This only happens when the folder is accessed from an external network or some filtering device is between the user's browser and the web-server.  The error does not occur when the folder is accessed from the local network or by direct connection to the web server.

Changes

Adding a network filtering (protection) device such as a firewall, proxy server, load balancer, etc.  It can also be caused by changing the settings of the above devices.
