IPM JDE Integration Is Attempting To Re-Use Expired User Sessions Which Is Causing An "attempting to update Session ID" Error

Symptoms
In the 10.1.3.3.2 baseline, the code in the JDE integration is attempting to re-use expired user sessions.
Within the JDE client, a "General Communication Error" appears. While this is obviously a generic error, the IPM logs report the following error:
