While trying to establish a connection to an Oracle 10 XE database within Capture, the following error is encountered:

Lack Oraoledb10.dll Component

Attempting to register the Oraoledb10.dll file using REGSVR32.exe returns error:

OraOLEDBpus10.dll has been loaded, but cannot find DllRegisterServer entry point. Cannot register this file
