Paper Jams Cause Capture to Crash When Scanning in Scan For ISIS (Doc ID 821723.1)

Symptoms

When paper jams occur in Scan for ISIS using the HP Scanjet 8390 scanner, an error message appears and you must reopen Capture to resume scanning.  The error signature on the error message will read:

Error Signature
AppName:capture.exe AppVer: 5.3.0.3 ModName: hpgt8300.dll
ModVer:1.0.0.1140 Offset: 0004e373
