How Can External Users Access All 6 Applets Without Creating an Admin Role in AD/LDAP using credential map ? (Doc ID 827100.1)

Goal

External user wants to access all the 6 applets . Generally create new Role called "admin" in AD .And only admin role has access to all 6 applets. In this case customer is not able to create admin security group in AD since there is already admin group used by other department .
