BPM Workspace Instances Are Not Being Refreshed After Returning From An External Task (Doc ID 827126.1)

Symptoms

BPM Workspace is not updating instances within Work Items portlet and/or Work Items Detail portlet even having automatic refresh property properly set.

These properties are specified in workspace.properties:

fuego.workspace.autoRefreshMenuOption=true
fuego.workspace.refreshTimeMin=1

The following workaround can be used to solve this behavior :

- User has to click on Refresh button on each portlet to see updated work items.
