ERROR CREATING A ZIP RENDITION OF FOLIOS WHEN DOC TITLES ARE THE SAME (Doc ID 827858.1)

Symptoms

After checking in two or more documents where the documents have the same title. (dDocTitle) add those documents to a Folio, save the folio and then try to create a .zip file.  The following error message is displayed:
