Invoking ODI 10g Public Web Service (OdiInvoke) Uploaded to Axis2 on WebLogicServer Fails

Symptoms
You have successfully uploaded Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Public Web Service (OdiInvoke) "\oracledi\tools\web_services\odi-public-ws.aar" to Axis2 deployed on WebLogic Server, but you see the following problems:
- OdiInvoke does not appear in the Services list of Axis2 (http://yourServerIP:<PORT>/axis2/services/listServices)
- Invoking OdiInvoke fails
You copy "odi-public-ws.aar" to "Axis2\WEB-INF\services", and add an entry for "odi-public-ws.aar" in "Axis2\WEB-INF\services\services.lst" file (edit "services.lst file" with WordPad).
Now OdiInvoke shows up in Axis2 Services page, but when you try to invoke OdiInvoke:
- With OdiInvokeWebService "-URL=http://yourServerIP:<PORT>/axis2/services/OdiInvoke?wsdl", the following error occurs:
