MQ: LIST_ALL_GROUPS service padding wrongly with 0x00 (Doc ID 831086.1)

Using the message based service LIST_ALL_GROUPS, the received response is wrongly padded with 0x00 on Itanium.

The response is a list of GROUP_RECORD data structures containing
{group_number group_name uic os_type node state & reserved}
